bad social habits i have
- not smiling
- trailing off
- crossing my arms
- looking angry even though im not angry
- the fact i cant even socialize
- the fact im me
I love when exercise can take me from the shittiest mood to a great one.
So I’ve been running a lot more lately. Which is awesome, but afterwards, the insides of my ankles have been hurting. I’m not sure what’s causing it. Is it just me getting used to running more and having weak ankles, or am I not wearing the right socks/shoes, or something?
Anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be and/or what I can do to help with it?
Even though I have like no followers, I’ve decided to make this a “get fit/healthy” kind of blog. I’m ready to make some lifestyle changes and get healthy so I can feel better about myself. Wish me luck! :)
